Facial Appointment Arrival
We ask clients to kindly arrive 15 minutes before their facial appointment for their consultation and to enjoy a warm beverage and relax. Credit card details are required upon booking.
Facial Appointment Cancellation Policy
24 hour minimum cancellation is required. Clients who miss their facial appointments without calling in the 24 hour cancellation grace period will be charged in full. We will do our best to accommodate late client arrivals; however, the full booking time and service cost will be payable for late appointments that need to be modified.
